Oman Insurance Website

Role: Copywriter, Content Manager, Trainer

The project involved revamping their entire website and moving it over into Sitecore.

Oman Insurance is one of the biggest insurance brands in the Middle East., with a significant presence in the UAE.

I worked on-site with the OIC branding and marketing team at their headquarters at Al Maktoum Street, Dubai for around three months leading the content update process.

This meant updating the entire set of insurance-based content into understandable, easy to ready, customer-friendly pages that offered a better user experience.

Following the content creation, we received training in the website's Sitecore backend.

I then spearheaded the entire content update process for the website. After this, I trained and prepared manuals for the branding and marketing teams for future website CMS use.
